Our Policy

We want you to love your Gummi experience. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Return

Email us at gummiwellness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the process.

Conditions

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

To cancel your monthly subscription, email us at gummiwellness@gmail.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation" and we'll cancel your subscription before end of business day.
